Moon in Leo opposes Aquarius Sun.
Is it “me” or “we”?
In what ways do we have to sacrifice self in order to connect with Other(s)?
Venus conjunct Pluto may make the rub a bit more noticeable.
(***probably a huge understatement***)
Not to mention this Sun/Moon event is square Mars, as well…
Tempers could flare. The vibe might be restless and/or irritated.
There could be great depth and intensity that’s brought forth through relating at this time–
Perhaps it is direct and comes through our encounters,
or
perhaps it comes more indirectly through reflecting on relational patterns.
Regardless, it’s fair to expect purifying catharsis:
know that it comes in service of your relational self.
Catharsis might just open your heart wider and create a bit more space in there.
It might hurt a little,
but it’s a small price to pay
for connection
that is
clearer, truer, brighter, freer, & more authentic.
Sun conjunct Jupiter
brings in an even brighter glow.
Possible solar flares–
not literal ones, but the kind that come from the solar plexus, the center of personal will.
This could translate into power struggles,
especially with Venus/Pluto flavoring the ethers.
But solar flares could also manifest as brilliant starbursts of driving energy
that wants to make good things happen in your life.
There is a feeling of luck and good fortune in the air.
It’s there, this spark of hope;
this chance to make things better.
I contemplated this full moon while watching a nearly iridescent sky (see video above)–
Sun sinking into the Pacific ocean, casting a poetic, otherworldly glow:
Swirling purple clouds
Rains could fall, winds could howl
Incoming storms incite the surf
A “King Tide”
When Ocean is powerful & fierce, and Moon is potent & bright
A couple walks along wet sands
One wants to go north, the other to the south
They stand with distance between them
And yet… they are together
gazing at intense colors, grabbing onto one final moment
Sun and Ocean merge, blend, and then fade into one another.
These days the power of the sun grows stronger in the northern hemisphere;
It’s at this time that we can undeniably feel it and see it.
The days are slowly stretching.
Wider. Longer. Warmer.
Within me flicker bright thoughts and possibilities
The clouds blow through and block out the light,
But it’s just a quick moment of dark and cold.
This play of light, dark, & moisture also yields rainbows.
Now, that’s some powerful magic, indeed.
